Ladakh bodies have said they have not yet received an invitation from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) for fresh talks.
Earlier mention of a possible October 22 meeting
Soon after last week’s meeting concluded, Ladakh leaders told media they had been invited for another meeting in New Delhi that could take place on October 22.
The bodies have now clarified that no formal invitation from the MHA has been received.
Current status
Ladakh bodies are awaiting an invitation from the Union Home Ministry for the next round of discussions. No date has been confirmed.
