Tribunal Directs GMCH-32 to Continue Registrar on Contract
The tribunal’s division bench ordered GMCH-32 to keep the registrar on contract following an application by Sat Pal Singh.
A division bench of the tribunal, comprising judicial member Ramesh Singh Thakur and administrative member Anjali Bhawra, passed an order on Friday.
The order came after an application filed by Sat Pal Singh, requesting that the registrar at the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH)-32 continue to serve on a contractual basis.
The directive instructs GMCH-32 to retain the registrar on a contract, ensuring continuity of the position.
